I cannot disable VPN 4U/ Unable to use the internet

 

This can happen due to active Connect on Demand option.

In this case, follow the next steps: 

1. Go to your device’s Settings > General > VPN
2. Tap the Info icon next to VPN 4U
3. Disable Connect on Demand

This should resolve your issue
